Registration status. The operating legal entity behind the SunHestia brand is not yet registered. Until it is, the full company name, registered office, commercial register number and VAT identification number are not available. These details will be published on this page as soon as the entity is registered, in line with the disclosure requirements of the applicable European jurisdiction.

Buyer commitments

Until third-party certifications and the registered entity are in place, SunHestia makes the following verifiable commitments to buyers:

• Performance guarantee — solar PV modules carry a 25-year linear performance guarantee.
• Battery warranty — the LiFePO4 home battery carries a 10-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
• Certified installation — systems are commissioned by certified installers and are typically completed within a single day for a detached home.
• Right of withdrawal — for consumer purchases made remotely within the EU, the statutory withdrawal right applies; contact [email protected] to exercise it.
• Claims and support — warranty claims and technical support are handled via [email protected].

This is an interim imprint. It will be replaced by the full statutory imprint upon registration of the operating entity.
